Collins Fire Company #1 has recently purchased a new truck #4.  The 1000 gal pumper is the first multiman custom cab in the Town of Collins.  The Christening was held at the Town of Collins Highway barns and was attended by area fire companies and local dignitaries such as the Town of Collins Fire Commissioners and the Town Board.  Following the Christening, the new truck was placed into service and as of this reading has responded to 4 calls.
